If you don’t already know, Olaplex works to restore and repair damaged hair from the inside out. Our hair contains millions of bonds that give us structure, strength and stability and when these bonds are broken it results in damage. Olaplex works to restore these bonds using chemistry and can be used on all hair types!
I have been using Olaplex for a few years now and nothing compares. Originally, I started out with just the original N°3 Hair perfector, but quickly became obsessed and slowly built my entire collection.
As you can see Olaplex has a full line of hair products, but recently released Olaplex N°8 Bond intense Moisture Mask earlier this month that moisturizes, smooths and adds body & shine. It acts as a substitute for the N°5 Bond Maintenance Conditioner on days where your hair needs a little more moisture. So, let’s put it to the test—
I applied the original Olaplex No°3 Hair Perfector for 10 minutes, rinsed and then used N°4 Bond Maintenance Shampoo. The directions for N°8 say to use two pumps, but I ended up using three because I have longer hair. After 10 minutes, I rinsed and let my hair dry for a bit before I applied N°6 and N°7. The results? 10/10! My hair is very thin, but after using the moisture mask I was shocked! My hair feels SO thick, smooth and hydrated. Usually after using N°3, my hair feels great, but this just takes it to a whole other level! I highly recommend!
