Fall Fashion in the City

Fall is here, and fall fashion is in the city in full swing. With the changing colors of leaves, follows the transforming of clothes to fit the weather. Hereby differing articles of fall clothing begin to fill the stores and sidewalks, some new, some reused. Fashion itself however is on the bodies that walk the streets, in the buildings that fill the city, and on the walls and billboards plastered on every avenue.

With the arrival of autumn comes jackets and sweaters; however, these wardrobe staples are to be expected. Some more trendy items that are popping up around the Big Apple right now are adorable ballet flats, all of many colors, paired with animal print accessories. The contrast of patterns and colors pair so perfectly. Also, spotted in the city are cool thrifted bags that are oversized and slouchy, each in their own unique way. To add to this, the wear of denim is everywhere and this is something that will always be, but the differing style of denim and color changes all of the time.

The coolest part about fashion in NYC is that you most likely will not walk past a specific person in that particular outfit ever again. This is amazing! It gives people the opportunity to see so many outfits and ways of style, as well as the chance to meet so many individuals on any given day. The possibilities in this city are endless. The fashion, people, and culture all build the city in their own way. The evolving trends are always changing and forever will be, but the fun part of fashion is there are no rules, you make it what you want.
