I am a huge makeup lover. I get so excited to try out new products every so often, in hopes of finding some new staples for my collection. In this post, I want to share some of the brands and products that I have been loving recently.
One of my favorite brands is e.l.f. Cosmetics. They have very affordable, creative, and innovative products that are available to everyone. I have been loving the Ride or Die lip balms for a while now. Pictured are the shades: P.S.L., Boss Berry, and Tough Cookie. This is a tinted lip balm that has a scent corresponding to the specific shade. These are my go-to when I want something hydrating, but still has color-payoff like a lipstick.
Also, from e.l.f. is their Camo CC Cream. This product became very popular on TikTok a while back, and for good reason. It can be built up to full-coverage and is very nourishing on the skin. It also has SPF 30 which is great for upcoming sunny days. I find applying it with a foundation brush is best.
Next is the Soap Brow product from Makeup Revolution. I have always enjoyed the look of fluffy eyebrows and this is such a convenient way to achieve it. All you have to do is wet the soap in the compact and apply it with the brush. It has surprisingly great hold and lasting power.
Spring is a great opportunity to play with pastel eyeshadow colors. This In a Trance palette from Colourpop is such a good option. I sometimes use all the colors for an all-over colorful look, but it’s also great for just adding one pop of color on the eyes. All the shades are pretty pigmented other than the purple which requires a bit more building up.
Finally, is this stunning Rouge Artist lipstick from Makeup for Ever. I must admit, I bought this for how gorgeous it was! This is a metallic finish lipstick, but the outside of the bullet is covered in mesmerizing glitter. The one pictured is in the shade Shimmering Gomed.
